The LS screw conveyor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T 7679-95 "Screw Conveyor" standard. It is a replacement product of the GX screw conveyor. Screw conveyor, commonly known as auger, is a widely used conveying equipment in the mining, feed, grain and oil, and construction industries. It is made of steel and used to convey powder or solid particles and other chemical and building materials products.
II. Working principle and Applictaion
The screw conveyor uses the rotating screw to move the conveyed material along the fixed casing to carry out the conveying work. The head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the casing. The hanging bearing adopts a sliding bearing and is equipped with a dust-proof sealing device. The bearing bush is generally used Powder metallurgy, the conveying cement adopts felt bearing bushes, and the suspension shaft and the screw shaft are connected by sliding blocks
LS type screw conveyor is widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal, food and other industries. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying powder, granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement , Food, etc., the temperature of the material is less than 200℃. The LS screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials that are perishable, viscous, and easily agglomerated.

VI. Equipment use requirements:
a. The screw machine should be started without load, that is, when there is no material in the casing, the screw machine can be fed to the screw machine after starting.
b. During the initial feeding of the screw machine, the feeding speed should be gradually increased until the rated conveying capacity is reached, and the feeding should be uniform, otherwise it is easy to cause the congestion of the conveyed materials, the overload of the driving device, and the early damage of the whole machine.
C. In order to ensure the no-load starting requirements of the screw conveyor, the conveyor should stop feeding before stopping, and stop running after the material in the casing is completely discharged.
d. Do not mix hard and bulky materials into the conveyed materials to avoid screw jams and damage to the screw machine.
e. In use, always check the working status of each part of the screw machine and pay attention to whether the fasteners are loose. If you find that the machine is loose, you should immediately tighten the screws to make it firm again.
f. The cover of the screw machine should not be removed when the machine is running to avoid accidents.
