The driving device is the power transmission mechanism of the belt conveyor. TD75 series universal fixed belt conveyor adopts oil-cooled electric drum (referred to as electric drum), which is mainly composed of support, drum body, drive motor, left and right flange shafts, gears, inner gear ring, etc.

The idler is the support device for the conveyor belt and the load of the TD75 series universal Conveyor Belt Machine. The idlers include grooved idlers, flat idlers, self-aligning idlers, etc. The upper idler supporting the heavy section of the conveyor belt adopts a grooved idler; the upper idler of the hand-selected conveyor belt and the lower idler supporting the empty section of the conveyor belt are all flat idlers; in order to prevent and overcome the deviation of the conveyor belt, In the heavy-duty section of the conveyor belt, set up a set of self-aligning idlers or vertical idlers every 10 groups of grooved idlers.
